Engine 2 is a 1993 Central States with a 6 man Spartan Cab. It is stationed at station 2, and responds to all structure fires in the city. The engine is also equiped with medical supplies and an AED for BLS calls. It has a 1250 gpm single stage top mount pump, a 750 gallon tank, and also a 25 gallon foam tank. Engine 2 carries all equipment found on a normal pumper plus some extra equipment such as a positive pressure fan, and a quick-vent saw. Engine 2 carries 1575 feet of 5 inch supply line and utilizes 1.75 inch preconnects with a 1 line using a solid bore and the second line utilizing a combination nozzle. The engine carries a 900ft of 3 inch with a reverse lay for stand-pipe and sprinkler connections. We have also added a 100 ft jump line and a 150 foot booster line for small fires.
